Report of the Special Committee Appointed to Investigate the Troubles in Kansas Report No. 200

In case you haven't had enough of politics, here's a book that covers a specific period of legislative action in Kansas.  I worked for a municipality and was familiar with codified law books, but this is something special.

If you have a politician or lawyer in your family, this might make an unusual gift.  It could also be handy for anyone writing about the incidents discussed this session.
